In order to clear the page cache in MediaWiki, you will have to add the line – ‘&action=purge’ at the end of the URL of that page in the address bar of your browser.
For instance:
http://www.yourdomainname.com/index.php?title=Main_Page&action=purge
In the above URL – yourdomainname.com is the main domain on which you have installed MediaWiki.
In case you have not logged in, a confirmation message will be displayed asking you if you would like to clear the cache of the page.
