# Steps to configure customer support requests
Using WebHost Manager you can specify how customers should contact you with support requests. Perform the following steps to do so:
1) Open WebHost Manager.
2) On the WebHost Manager home screen, navigate to cPanel and click on it. Now click on Customization.
3) Identify and click on the Public Contact tab.
4) In the text box for the Public Company Name, type the name of your company.
5) In the text box for Public Contact URL, type the URL for your company site.
6) Click on Save.
