The changes you make on PrestaShop website are not often reflected on the live website because of the old cached information. To fix this issue you should clear the cache manually or through PrestaShop dashboard.
Login to your PrestaShop Admin Panel
Go to Advanced Parameters => Performance.
Select Force Compilation and disable cache and save changes.
Refresh your website in the browser to see the changes you made.
The PrestaShop cache can be cleared manually from the PrestaShop installation directory.
To clear the cache manually delete the content of below folders:
- cache/smarty/compile
- cache/smarty/cache
- img/tmp
Delete everything except index.php file.
Refresh your website in the browser to see the changes you made.
