If you have updated your WordPress theme to a responsive design and you also have the Jetpack plugin installed, then Jetpack will be set as the default mobile theme.
Refer to the steps mentioned below to make a responsive WordPress theme look good and appropriate on a mobile screen:
- If you have a responsive WordPress theme installed for your WordPress website, check how it looks on the mobile screen. If it does not look good or if it looks distorted, you need to fix that.
- Login to your WordPress admin account and click on the ‘Jetpack’ option.
- Many options will be displayed, from them, click on ‘Mobile Theme’ and then click on ‘Learn More’.
- When you click on ‘Learn More’, that box will expand and in place of ‘Configure’, you will see the option ‘Deactivate’, click on it.
Once you deactivate the Jetpack plugin for mobile theme, your website will look perfect on all the devises and screen sizes.
