DMCA is a restrictive U.S copyright law mainly used for further distribution of copyrighted content. This law declares that it is the responsibility of online service/hosting provider to take down the offending content once alleged copyright infringement notice is received.
MilesWeb respects the intellectual property of its clients and third parties. We understand that from time to time there may be situations where one party believes that another is infringing on its copyrights.
In compliance with DMCA act, MilesWeb has adopted procedures for parties who believe that a hosted site on our service is infringing their copyrights. All copyright complaints must be submitted to abuse@milesweb.co.uk
We do host streams and links aggregators, File storage services, data sharing servers, Adult websites, VPN, anonymous proxy,Casino, betting and gambling sites but when a valid DMCA notification is received, we take necessary actions by taking down the offending content. On taking down content under the DMCA, we take reasonable steps to contact the owner of the removed content so that a counter-notification may be filed.
